Wednesday morning: 8 - 9 am Zen Meditation & Qi Gong

9:15 -10:15am Feldenkrais Method
(Awareness through movement) gentle... open to all
10:30 - 11:45am Integrated Yoga studies (all levels)
Saturday morning: 9:30 - 10:30am Feldenkrais Method
(Awareness through movement) gentle... open to all
10:45am - 12noon Integrated Yoga studies (combined levels)
(some previous Yoga/movement experience recommended)
