Monday evening:
6:00 - 7:15 pm Integrated Yoga studies (all levels) beginners welcome
Wednesday morning:
8:00 - 9:00 am Zen Meditation & Qi Gong (all welcome) no fee
9:15 -10:15 am Feldenkrais (Awareness Through Movement) open to everyone (gentle)
10:30 - 11:45 am Integrated Yoga studies (all levels) beginners welcome
Saturday morning:
9:30 -10:30 am Feldenkrais (Awareness Through Movement) open to everyone (gentle)
10:45 am - 12 pm Integrated Yoga studies (combined levels):
Some yoga/movement experience is recommended.

Qi Gong workshops
Transitions into Winter & Spring
Qi Gong workshop with Treya Marie Forlenza
Series continues on Sunday mornings 10am-12noon
January 20th & March 24th
This workshop is a great opportunity to move into the new year in a healthy and relaxed way! In January we will continue our focus on Qi Gong movements especially helpful for the cold and damp weather of the Winter season. Emphasis will be on warming and nurturing the Kidney function, which is connected to the health of lower back and legs. Qi Gong also enhances general health and vitality and reduces stress, while integrating body & mind.
In March we will switch the focus to supporting our bodies, as we transition into Spring...... a season of more light and warmth.
You are welcome to join in if you have not attended previous classes.

Winter Solstice Meditations
Solstice meditation with Qi Gong
Wednesday 12/19 at the regular 8-9am meditation group.
I'll bring a big thermos of hot tea and a seasonal reading to add to our usual sitting!
Thursday 12/20 @ 6:30 pm..... Jean, Carol and I, all instructors @ Soma Yoga studio, will come together to lead movement & meditation to celebrate the solstice..... as we near the shortest day of the year and the return to light!
You are welcome to join in either or both events.
