The Retreat is an opportunity to support and celebrate Shodo Harada Roshi’s coming to Whidbey Island. Please join us in this unique event, led by Treya Marie Forlenza (Korin). Show your appreciation and enthusiasm for Roshi’s presence at Tahoma One Drop Zen Monastery.

There is no experience necessary to participate in Qi Gong or Feldenkrias. Both are gentle modalities appropriate to people of all ages and activity levels. The Yoga classes will be mixed, open to all levels of experience.

Delicious Vegetarian meals and snacks will be served. Sleeping accommodations will be dormitory or camping.

Rinsan (head monk) will be leading Zazen meditation.

Suggested donation for the whole weekend is $200 - $350. Please donate as you can......this is a guideline and you are welcome to contribute at any level. 100% of all donations go to benefit the Monastery and are tax deductible.
